The 2009 Succession Planning Survey conducted by Searson Buck for Lifeline Hobart is designed to identify trends within the organisation relating to Succession Planning.  This information will then be used by Searson Buck and Lifeline Hobart to develop and build the capacity of both the organisation and individuals over time.  The survey is voluntary and is open to all members of Lifeline Hobart; both employees and volunteers.

The information collected will be utilised to identify the current skills and aspirations of individuals within Lifeline Hobart, as well as identify high-potential employees to receive enhanced developmental experiences.

Please be assured that all information collected will be kept confidential, used only for the purpose it is intended, will not be distributed beyond the Management of Lifeline Hobart and the associated Searson Buck consultants, and will comply with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988.
